Emergency Responder Training – Empowering Employees with Life-Saving Skills!
At Shree Renga Polyester Pvt. Ltd., (SRP Foundation) we firmly believe that employee safety comes first. Ensuring that our workforce is well-prepared for emergencies is not just a responsibility—it’s our commitment. To strengthen workplace safety and preparedness, we successfully organized an Emergency Responder Training Program on February 14th & 15th, 2025, at Unit-II (Kakkavadi), in collaboration with Young Indians – Karur (Road Safety Team).
This comprehensive training program equipped almost 120 employees with real-life emergency response techniques, ensuring they are prepared to act swiftly and confidently in critical situations, safeguarding their co-workers, families, and the community.
Key Learnings from the Training:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) & CPR – Assisting cardiac emergency victims
• Choking First Aid – Immediate intervention for airway blockage
• Wound Care & Bleeding Control – Managing severe cuts, wounds, and bleeding
• Fracture & Sprain Management – Proper handling of bone and joint injuries
• Shock Management – Responding to medical shocks (anaphylactic, hypovolemic, etc.)
• Snake & Insect Bite Treatment – Safe first-aid response for bites and stings
• Burns & Scalds – Effective first-aid treatment for burns
• Poisoning & Chemical Exposure – First aid for accidental poisoning and hazardous material exposure
• Unconsciousness & Fainting Response – How to assist someone who has fainted
• Seizure & Stroke First Aid – Quick actions to take during seizures and strokes
• Drowning & Near-Drowning Response – Emergency measures for water-related incidents
• Electrocution First Aid – Immediate care for electric shocks
• Heat Stroke & Hypothermia Management – Handling extreme temperature-related emergencies
• Emergency Response for Infants & Children – Specialized first-aid techniques for young ones
